Validation of an automated machine learning algorithm for the detection and analysis of cerebral aneurysms

Viz.ai Aneurysm CNN performed well in identifying the presence or absence of IAs in an independent validation imaging set. 400 patients, median IA diameter 3.7mm, sensitivity 93.8%, specificity 94.2%, PPV 88.2% in subgroup with IA diameter greater than or equal to 4mm.
