The Dawn of a New Era

Recent changes in the AHA/ASA Guidelines have expanded the treatment window for mechanical thrombectomy from six hours to 24 hours.¹ For select patients within this treatment window, it is recommended that perfusion imaging be obtained to identify and select candidates with brain to save for mechanical thrombectomy.²

Automated Color Maps

An advanced image analysis algorithm automatically generates parametric CT perfusion color maps. Viz CTP perfusion maps are based on the dynamic effect of the contrast agent through the brain.
